I am not even ready for a sprint triathlon

I am in sad sad shape. Between Chicago last weekend, Las Vegas during the week and now Noah being sick all weekend, I have not been working out. Tomorrow starts the beginning of a new mini camp. I need to have two great weeks to jump start things or I might as well give up. Tomorrow will be running and biking. Maybe not a lot of it but running and biking nonetheless.

Just got back from studying in the pit on a Saturday night and am frankly a bit worried about managing work in the next few weeks while still getting in a decent amount of training. Hope tomorrow works out so I can both reivew multiple regression and get 40 miles in... was going to head out early in the am for the ride to make it back before a 10:30 am stats exam review session, but now it looks like it'll be too chilly so I'll head out afterwards.

How was the first day of camp, Nate?

Camp is starting slowly. Sunday was a 5 mile run, although I was pushing noah so it was probably the effort of a 6 mile run. Monday I took off. Today I did a spin class in the morning and I am going to run tonight. It is supposed to be 70 degrees here today and tomorrow. Need to buy new goggles to swim tomorrow morning.

Googles? What happened to the ultra-cool facemask thing?!

Ran 4 this am (in the cold, dark & rain) after taking a mostly rest day (short swim, 40 minutes) yesterday. Planning a bike/swim double tomorrow if the weather holds...

Hear any good new music in the spin class? My ipod could use some new blood!

cchurches, I wasn't worried about you 'cause I thought (erroneously, obviously) that you were on a plan- I mean didn't that woman have you doing doubles and bricks back in December?! Where, o where, is the Eagleman love, people?
